Situated on the Charles River steps from Boston, CambridgeSide is an award-winning mixed-use complex that features two levels of shops and restaurants and life sciences on Level 3. Upon completion, CambridgeSide will feature six interconnected buildings totaling 2 million square feet which include retail, office, life science, residential, and hotel uses.

CambridgeSide offers popular shops and restaurants including Apple, Sephora, T.J.Maxx, The Cheesecake Factory, Victoria’s Secret, and more. CanalSide, a new food hall experience will open in Fall 2024 featuring 14 diverse food and drink options.
